Zzz, yeah babe we feel you. Most of us have terrible sleep habits these days from either tech, stress, bad habits and most recently lockdown. 1. Set a cut off time and stick with it – Be realistic and diligent about it. In bed and lights off. Best to set the same time every night and no it doesn’t have to be 8pm.
