Defective product? Oh No!

Randzy is a discounted store and purchase diminishing stock that still works or perfect and in which the packaging is still in a great condition but sometimes can be slightly . We check each item before for defects however on certain items it’s impossible for us to test. In these cases should an item be damaged in transit or simply does not work please contact us immediately or within 7days at info@randzy.co.za. Images of the defects will be needed.

I can't find the product that I wanted.

Awww man! It probably means that the item is sold out and we removed it. We are a discounted store so most of our items are limited stock and gets sold out really fast. If we can re-stock the item we defiantly put it back up.

How do I pay?

We use a Safe and Secure Payment Gateway Payfast to process your orders so that we ensue that your details are kept safe and the Payment is received securely.

You can pay via EFT or Credit Card via Payfast. We not accept manual EFT’s or direct Bank Deposits. Customer Service agents are available to assist you with online ordering should you need assistance.
