Randzy has just launched a whole range of awesome Printed Mugs & what better way to celebrate than to give our readers another excuse to drink more coffee. I’ve put together a few of my fave coffee recipes for you to enjoy in the Coolest Mugs that you can get on our store.
Frothy Nutella
1 Cup Warm Milk
2 TBLSP Nutella
1 TSP Instant Coffee
1/4 TSP Sugar (Adjust according to your taste)
1/2 TSP Vanilla Essence
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and then pour into your mug. Put into the microwave for 1min. Top with ice cream or cream and then sprinkle with cocoa.
Almond Milk Mocha
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 TBLSP Sugar
1/2 TBLSP Cocoa Powder
1 TBLSP Instant Coffee
Method:
In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and instant coffee over medium-low heat. Whisk often for 2-3 minutes or until heated.
Pour into a coffee mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Latte
1/2 Cup Strong Brewed Hot Coffee
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips, Chopped
3 TBLSP Crushed Peppermint
Whipped Cream
Method:
Brew strong hot coffee and pour 1/2 cup into your mug; set aside.
Pour the milk in a safe microwavable cup (Our Mugs are 100% Microwave safe BTW)
Add in the chopped chocolate and the peppermint.
Stir and cook in the microwave for one minute, or until the milk foams towards the top
Take out the cup and stir, making sure all the chocolate has melted.
Put back in the microwave for 20 to 25 seconds, or until foamy.
Pour the milk mixture over the brewed coffee.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Peanut Butter Mocha
1 Cup Brewed Coffee
1/4 Cup milk
1 TBLSP Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 TSP Peanut Butter
Sugar (Adjust to your taste)
Method:
In a glass bowl, whisk together milk and cocoa powder. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and whisk well until combined. Stir in peanut butter and heat again if necessary to melt the peanut butter completely. Pour into a mug and add the hot coffee. Stir in sugar & Enjoy.
Salted Caramel Latte
Ingredients:
1 Cup Brewed Coffee
1/2 Cup Milk
2 TBLSP Caramel Sauce
Pinch of sea salt
Method:
In a small saucepan, heat milk, caramel sauce, and sea salt over medium heat until heated through. While milk is warming, pour coffee into a mug. After the milk is warmed, remove from heat. Using an immersion blender, blend on low speed until the milk becomes frothy. Pour into the coffee mug and top with foam. Drizzle with Carmel Sauce.
